4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests on jl56 are processed subject to successful completion of identity verification. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other participating banks are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jl56 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of funds may be subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jl56 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl56 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your jl56 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl56 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
